Prince Milo Mullberry.
He wears a tacky trackjacket windbreaker, which probably doesn't look tacky enough in this picture as it should. Since the 80s are coming back, this probably looks like he's wearing some high-fashion American Apparel jacket. But he's not supposed to be, mind you. Prince Milo has glowy fingers that probably create/sustain life or something magical and fancy like that. He also has really hairy arms and messy hair and a Sega Genesis. Usually he has a neckbeard. And bad breath. Oh, Prince, how princely you are. |

I like the way you colored the nose. It kind of reminds me of folk art but in an updated way, which is really cool.
Oh my god, neck-beards. I read a story about Henry David Thoreau and Louisa Mary Alcott and she was telling him he needed to shave but he insisted that his neck-beard drove ladies wild.

And thanks also for sharing that story about Thoreau, because that's pretty hilarious. Was this fiction or nonfiction? I can see him actually saying that, because Thoreau was comically weird.
The pixel art just didn't look good with the pixely neck beard. :{
